Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company today announces that it has applied for admission to trading on AIM for a further 503,177 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8:00am on 7 April 2011. Following admission, and further to the blocklisting interim announcement issued by the Company on 31 March 2011, the balance of shares not yet issued under the Company's option schemes will be 964,202 ordinary shares. On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
