DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
The Company announces that on 26 June 2013 the following directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p each ("Shares").
Ian Godden was granted 400,000 nil-cost options through Godden Associates Limited (a company owned and controlled by Ian Godden). The awards will be exercisable subject to conditions relating to the future profitability and share price performance of the Company. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. Following this transaction, Mr Godden is interested in 157,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 400,000 Shares.
Under the company's new Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013 Caroline Brown was granted 100,000 options with an exercise price of 2.5p per Share. The awards will be exercisable subject to conditions relating to tenure and share price performance. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. Following this transaction, Ms Brown holds options over 200,000 Shares.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 59,101,918 Shares.
