KBC Advanced Technologies plc16 February 2006 KBC Advanced Technologies plc16 February 2006 KBC Advanced Technologies plc ('KBC' or 'the Company') Additional Listing KBC Advanced Technologies Group plc announces that application has been made tothe UK Listing Authority for the listing of 1,121,849 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each, and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities. This application is in respect of vendor consideration shares issued following completion of the acquisition by KBC of TTS Performance Systems Inc, details of which were announced by the Company on 25 January 2006. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares. Admission is expected to become effective on 16 February 2006.
