Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission for 1,896,243 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013.
The new Ordinary Shares represent the balance of the total outstanding options not yet issued under the Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013, less those remaining under the Company's current block listings. New Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on 25 August 2015.
