Director / PDMR Shareholding
K3 (AIM: K3C), a multi-disciplinary group providing complementary and specialist advisory services to SMEs, announces that it has been notified that The Ford Family Foundation, of which Tony Ford, Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, is a Trustee, gifted 75,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 August 2022, in order to fund a donation to a local charitable project.
As announced on 7 March 2022, The Ford Family Foundation was set up as a registered charity in April 2020 with the principal aim of delivering such charitable purposes (within the laws of England and Wales) as the Trustees may see fit.
Following this transaction, Tony Ford remains interested in 5,481,228 Ordinary Shares in K3, representing approximately 7.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
