Issue of Equity
K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing advisory services to SMEs, announces that, on 23 June 2022, the Company issued and allotted 6,354 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the 6,354 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on or around 28 June 2022. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 73,503,464 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 73,503,464 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
