Issue of equity

On 18 February Digital Marketing Group (the "Company") allotted a total of 235,803 ordinary shares of 5 p each relating to the exercise of employee share options.

Application has been made for the issue of these ordinary shares in the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 2 March 2010.

The total number of voting ordinary shares in issue following this issue of shares of will be 73,353,338.
