In addition, notification was received today that Ben Langdon has sold 1m shares at 30p. The sale relates to commitments made surrounding the loan that was taken out when he first invested in the Company. Ben continues to hold a significant stake in the Company. Following the sale, Ben holds 2,491,266 ordinary shares representing 3.36% of the share capital in the Company.
The above Directors, as well as two existing institutional shareholders, have taken this opportunity to increase their stake in the Company.
