Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the Company's announcement released today regarding a Placing to raise up to £1.3 million, the following Directors have confirmed their agreement to participate in the Placing by subscribing for Placing Shares at the Placing Price, representing £95,000 in aggregate, subject to the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting.
Accordingly, conditional upon the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting, an application will be made for the total number of Placing Shares, being 6,536,450, to be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 March 2018. The gross monies raised in the Placing will therefore be £1,307,290.
Following Admission, the Company will have 93,432,217 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 99,622 are currently held in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights of the Company's Ordinary Shares immediately following Admission is expected to be 93,332,595.
Capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement published today under RNS No. 9839F.
