The following notification made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation relates to a sale made by Simon Thomas, Group Chief Finance Officer who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities who have sold 180,263 Ordinary Shares that vested under Just Retirement Group plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan, and 73,583 Ordinary Shares that vested under Just Retirement Group plc 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
