Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule, Jupiter makes the following announcement:

As at 31 October 2022, Jupiter hereby provides notification that Jupiter's issued share capital as at 31 October 2022 consisted of 552,313,655 Ordinary Shares of 0.02 pence per share, each with one vote.

Jupiter does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Jupiter is 552,313,655. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Fund Management plc in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights confirmed in this announcement reflect 487,086 shares which will be cancelled in accordance with the ongoing share buyback programme.
