Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility dealing - dividend reinvestment

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) the Company announces changes to the interests of the Company's Executive Directors and PDMR in the Ordinary shares of the Company as a result of their participation in the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").

Acquisition of Ordinary shares

Under the terms of the SIP, the Company's Executive Directors and PDMR acquired the share interests listed below following the reinvestment of the 2016 final and special dividend payment to purchase Ordinary shares at a price of 416.00 pence on 13 April 2016 in London. The Company was notified of these transactions on 14 April 2016.
