Director Shareholding
The Company announces that the following nil cost share options over the Company's Ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") were granted to PDMRs, on 3 March 2023, in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2018 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") and the Company's 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Matt Beesley
- Granted 1,148,990 nil cost options under the LTIP1.
- Granted 370,370 nil cost options under the DBP 2.
Wayne Mepham
- Granted 500,000 nil cost options under LTIP1.
- Granted 74,116 nil cost options under the DBP 2.
1. LTIP options are exercisable between 3 March 2028 and 3 September 2028.
2. DBP options are exercisable in three tranches between 3 September 2024 and 3 March 2025, 3 September 2025 and 3 March 2026 and 3 September 2026 and 3 March 2027.
These awards are subject to continued employment over the deferral period and in the case of the LTIP are subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions over the three-year performance period (2023 - 2025).
On 24 February 2023 Wayne Mepham exercised 62,075 options granted under the DBP and subsequently sold 30,175 shares at £1.46416 per share to cover tax liabilities.
