Confirmation of appointment of Andrew Formica

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter" or the "Company") announced on 22 January 2019 that Andrew Formica would be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2019, subject to regulatory approval.

We are pleased to confirm that regulatory approval has been granted and Andrew will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a Director effective from 1 March 2019. Maarten Slendebroek will therefore step down as Chief Executive Officer and a Director on the same date.
