JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company announces that, as approved by the Remuneration Committee in December 2019, the Company has granted free shares to the value of £2,000 per employee. Such shares have been granted to employees on 1 April 2020 and are subject to a 3-year forfeiture period. For UK based employees, the award has taken place under the Company's all employee Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The following PDMRs participated in the SIP and received an award of free shares.
