REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 75,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 325.50 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,704,991 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining Ordinary shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 127,436,286.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
