REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today purchased 57,500 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 327.5435 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 9,917,241 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining Ordinary shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 129,224,036.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
