Director's Share Dealing
In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC announces it was notified on 13 June 2022 that Nigel Le Quesne, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 30,062 shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of £6.62 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction Mr. Le Quesne has increased his shareholding in the Company to 10,691,983 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.2446% of the Issued Share Capital.
