As required by Article 19.6 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulations"), the Company announces that it was on 19 September, 2018 informed of the following transaction by JTC Trustees Limited, a company connected with a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a "PDMR") of the Company, Mr Anthony James Underwood Whitney, by virtue of his being a director of that company.

The purchase was made by JTC Trustees Limited in its capacity as trustee of the JTC PLC Employee Benefit Trust. Following the transaction, JTC Trustees Limited holds 614,154 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights attached.
Mr Whitney was not a beneficiary in relation to this acquisition, nor did he take part in any decision by the board of JTC Trustees Limited regarding this purchase of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
