Substantial Shareholding Notification
17 October 2024 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc ("Jadestone", or the "Company"), an independent upstream company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, provides the following substantial shareholding update.
The Company has been notified by Premier Miton Group plc ("Premier Miton") that on 27 September 2024, Premier Miton reduced its shareholding to below 3% of Jadestone's issued share capital.
