11 May 2023 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that, on 10 May 2023, A. Paul Blakeley, an Executive Director, President and CEO of Jadestone, acquired a total of 40,000 ordinary shares, for a total amount of £19,400.
Following the transaction, Mr. Blakeley holds a total of 4,557,111 ordinary shares, which represents 1.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
