(AIM:JSE, TSXV:JSE) ("Jadestone" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, announces that on April 24, 2020 and on April 27, 2020, Dennis McShane, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Jadestone, acquired a total of 150,732 common shares of no par value, for a total cost of £65,337.09.
