Dividend payment timetable
Japan Residential Investment Company Limited (AIM: JRIC), a closed-ended Guernsey registered company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan, announces that the Directors have today, proposed a further interim dividend of 1.5p per ordinary share. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 1p per ordinary share previously declared and paid in September 2010.
The proposed dividend payment timetable is set out below:
