JOHNSTON PRESS PLC SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN
The Company announces that it has been advised that on 25 March 2011, 3,300 free ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 8.973p per share were awarded to the following directors and members of the Group Management Board under the rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
