ANNUAL REPORT 2016 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Johnston Press plc (the "Company") announces today that it has published its 2016 Annual Report and Accounts together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting, which explains the business to be conducted at the meeting. The meeting will be held at 11.00 am at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA on 22 May 2017.
Copies of the above documents, along with the related proxy form for the 2017 Annual General Meeting, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies are also available to view on the Company's website - http://www.johnstonpress.co.uk. Hard copies have been mailed today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
