THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
Series 2013-2046 U.S.$90,000,000 Callable Range Accrual Notes due April 2023 (the "Notes") issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (the "Issuer")
The Issuer wishes to announce that, pursuant to and in accordance with General Condition 22.1(c) of the Notes, the Noteholder holding 100% of the principal amount of the Notes has sanctioned by way of a written resolution dated 7 August 2013 certain modifications to the terms and conditions of the Notes in respect of certain parameters relating to the calculation of interest under the Notes. The Issuer has consented to such modification in accordance with General Condition 22.1(c).
The modifications took effect from 26 July 2013.
