J.P. MORGAN PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED ANNOUNCESTRANSACTION IN ITS OWN SHARES
12 January 2012
J.P. Morgan Private Equity Limited (the "Company") announces that on 12 January 2012 it has purchased into treasury the following shares: 100,000 US$ Equity Shares at a price of US$ 0.88 per Share.
The open market purchase will be accretive to the Company's current NAV of $1.28 per US$ Equity Share as at 30 November 2011.
Following this purchase the Company has 398,389,496 US$ Equity Shares in issue.
The Company has not been in possession of any unpublished inside information for any share repurchases during in 2012.
