Notice to Shareholders - Correction to Net Asset Value and Month End Report for May 2017
JPEL Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") has amended the Company's estimated 31 May 2017 Net Asset Value to $1.50 per share and has also updated the Company's Month End Review accordingly. The previously released announcement incorrectly stated the Net Asset Value at $1.49 per share for the period ending 31 May 2017.
