JPEL Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") has released the Company's Net Asset Value and Quarter End Review for the period ending 30 June 2016.

Please find detailed below the estimated net asset value per share for JPEL Private Equity Limited as at 30 June 2016:

Ordinary Share Class - $1.38

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class due 2017 - 96.08p
