On 14th February 2019, Chase Nominees Limited announced that J.P. Morgan Trustee & Administration Services Limited had a notifiable interest in a total of 1,605,726 Managed Cash shares. These shares were held on behalf of participants in the JPMorgan investment trust savings products. J.P. Morgan Trustee & Administration Services Limited has a notifiable interest in these shares because, in certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations agreed with the Takeover Panel to ensure compliance with the Takeover Code, JPMorgan is entitled to exercise the voting rights attached to a number of the Ordinary Managed Cash shares if the relevant plan participants do not do so. JPMorgan entitlement in the 1,605,726 Managed Cash shares ceased following the conclusion of the Managed Cash Class General Meeting on Friday 15th February 2019. | ||||
