Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 16,559 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 1072.40 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,074,667 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 27,600,947.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 83,366 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 105.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,220,585 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 74,310,615.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
