Grant of awards to Directors under DBP
Joules Group plc ("Joules" or "the Company") announces today that on 14 July 2016 it granted an award over 132,132 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Joules 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") to Marc Dench, Director.
The vesting of the awards is subject to ongoing employment with the Company. Subject to the rules of the DBP, the award will vest on 14 July 2019 and remain exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
The award has been granted in the form of an option with an exercise price per share of £0.01.
