Journey Group plc (the "Company") the leading provider of in-flight products and catering services to the international airline and travel industries, announces that it has today received notification that on 30 September 2014 Graham Bird, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,317 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 136.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Graham Bird now holds 12,347 Ordinary Shares representing 0.089% of the issued share capital of the Company.
