Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 April 2012 the total number of ordinary shares of 10p in issue is 92,539,755, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 92,539,755. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
