Director Dealing
Journeo (AIM: JNEO), the specialist provider of integrated IoT systems and software to the passenger transport markets, was informed of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the Placing that was announced today.
Russ Singleton, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, subscribed for 112,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per share.
Mark Elliott, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, subscribed for 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per share.
Jamie Cumming, Non-Executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per share.
Further to those dealings, the respective interests of Mr Singleton, Mr Elliott and Mr Cumming in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
