As at 31st October 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 79,611,410 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,609,741 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 31st October 2023, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 78,001,669.
The above figure (78,001,669) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
