The Board of JPMorgan UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23rd November 2023, a final dividend of 7.7 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 7th December 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27th October 2023 (ex-dividend 26th October 2023).
The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited. The last election date to participate in the DRIP in relation to the above dividend payment is 16th November 2023.
