Johnson Matthey announces completion of Advanced Glass Technologies sale
Further to the announcement on 24th November 2021, Johnson Matthey plc ("JM") is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Advanced Glass Technologies business in accordance with the terms of the sale agreement entered into between JM and Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A for £178 million on a cash free, debt free basis. The transaction completes following the fulfilment of the works council consultation in the Netherlands and satisfaction of customary completion conditions.
