Jubilee, the AIM and AltX quoted Mine-to-Metals company, was notified, on 6 May 2015, that Colin Bird, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 600,000 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 1 pence each at an average price of 1.65 pence (ZAR30.04 cents) per ordinary share on even date.
