TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited ("JLIF" or the "Company") notifies the market that, following the issue of 29,376,270 new ordinary shares as a result of the Company's Placing, the Company's issued share capital on 1 May 2012 is 451,608,968 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 1 May 2012, the total voting rights figure, which may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, is 451,608,968 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each.
