DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr David MacLellan has resigned as a non-executive director of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 plc, with effect from 16 September 2015. Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 plc was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 10 April, 2001.
