AGM Statement

At the Company's AGM to be held at 2.30 pm today the Chairman of the meeting will make the following statement:

"Sales for the first half of the current financial year are expected to be broadly in line with the corresponding period last year at £3.6m. Commissioning deposits for the year stand at £1.3m compared to £0.8m at the same point last year. Given the strong conversion of the forward order book into reported sales it is necessary to take both measures into account in assessing year-on-year sales trends. Nevertheless in light of the slower than anticipated sales growth the Board is currently reviewing its investment programme and an update will be provided with the interim results to 28 February 2016."

The AGM will be followed by a shareholder Q&A although no new material information will be made available.
