Executive Share Dealing
The Company was today informed that on 11 March 2015 Phil Barton, a member of the Jelf plc board, sold 9,942 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal account at a price of £1.8135p per share. Mr Barton's SIPP purchased these shares at a price of £1.8165 per share.
Following these transactions, Phil remains interested in 304,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
