Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Board of Jelf Group plc announces that on 26 March 2009 David Walker, Non-executive Chairman of Jelf, purchased 75,000 shares at a price of 60p. David Walker is now interested in 545,000 shares (1.09% of Jelf's issued share capital). 

The Board also announces that John Harding, Group Finance and Operations Director, and Phil Barton, Executive Director, have taken ownership of shares previously announced as being held within the Jelf Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) for their future benefit. They have also been awarded further shares to be held with the EBT but not yet vested. As a result John Harding now holds 274,481 shares (0.55% of issued share capital) and has 15,000 shares awarded by the EBT but not yet vested, and Phil Barton holds 329,159 shares (0.66% of issued share capital) and has 12,842 shares awarded by the EBT but not yet vested.
