Jelf Group PLC19 May 2005 JELF GROUP plc Holdings in Company / Director Shareholding The Board of Jelf Group plc "Jelf", an established corporate intermediary,announces that it has today been notified that Mr Peter Elliott, CorporateDirector of Jelf, has today disposed of 122,226 shares in Jelf of which 100,000were purchased directly by David Walker, Non-Executive Director of Jelf and thebalance by a number of Jelf Group employees at a price of 95 per share. Thisdisposal satisfied demand for the shares from the Non-Executive Director and theGroup's employees.
