Director Dealing/Holdings in Company
The Company was informed on 8 January 2014 that on 8 January 2014 Phil Barton, an executive director of the Company, sold 199,550 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 85.7p per share ("the Sale"). The Sale was due to personal circumstances associated with recent divorce proceedings.
Following the Sale, Phil Barton is now interested in 265,566 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
In a separate transaction, on 8 January 2014 the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 86p per share.
Following this transaction a total of 2,730,105 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.2% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights, are held in the EBT.
