Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Jelf is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Douglas Hanks as a Non-Executive Director. Chris is also Non-Executive Chairman of The Purple Partnership Ltd, having been appointed to the role in October 2013. Chris is a former General Manager of Allianz Commercial and was President of the Chartered Insurance Institute, He brings over 45 years of insurance sector experience to the role, having started his career as an underwriter in 1968. 

Commenting on the appointment, Les Owen, Non-Executive Group Chairman, said:

"I am delighted to welcome Chris to the plc Board; he brings a wealth of experience and insurance sector expertise. The whole Group will benefit from his involvement".

Save as disclosed below there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
