Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited has 266,706,435 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure of 266,706,435 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
