The Board of John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited ("JLEN" or the "Company") has been notified by John Laing Capital Management ("JLCM"), the investment adviser to the Company, that David Hardy will transfer within JLCM to take on the role as investment adviser to John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited ("JLIF") following the departure of Andrew Charlesworth, which was announced by JLIF this morning.
Chris Tanner, who has acted as joint lead advisor to JLEN since its launch, will continue to act as the lead adviser to the Company and, while David will assume his new role immediately, he will continue to be involved with JLEN until his replacement is in post.
Richard Morse, Chairman of JLEN, said:
