BOARD UPDATE
The Board of JKX Oil & Gas PLC is pleased to announce that it has appointed Richard Murray as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Richard became a Non-Executive Director of JKX on 1 January 2013. He recently retired from the position of Audit Partner at Ernst & Young after more than 35 years of service.
